I'd go for caramel, even if it's a little darker than her normal skin that's okay because a lot of time the skin on the penis is darker than the skin on the rest of the body.

Yeah I'd say caramel as well. I have the Mustang in vanilla & the Goodfella in caramel. Vanilla would only match people like me, who basically look like Snow White. LOL

A lot of light-skinned people really like the caramel so I would probably go with that if there's any doubt. Vanilla Vixskin is very pale.
