have you ever cheated? if so, can you explain why any more satisfactorily than a man might? if you have not cheated, how close have you come...have you thought about it? how often? are we really different as men and women? i have the feeling that we are not that different...and that there is no shame in admitting that we have a little animal in us. sometimes a lot of animal.

Never cheated never been tempted.
If I had wandering desires and not a strong enough inclination to stay with person A then I would leave them. Never left one person for another though.

Not a cheater and I'm strictly against it. I'd never consider it, and if I did, I'd do my partner a favor and leave him. I would not deserve him if I wanted or thought of cheating on him.

I voted other simply because I'm not quite sure how to answer this, as there are different ways of cheating on someone.

No. I prefer non-monogamous relationships but cheating is not ok for me.
12/28/2012
Never have and never will.
12/28/2012
Never cheated! I always know it is time to break up if I want to cheat!
12/28/2012
Never
12/28/2012
I never have and I never would.

Let's just say that I've done things that I'm not super proud of. I think that the most important part of any relationship is honesty, and as long as you're honest with each other, it doesn't have to be the end of the world.

I have cheated, and it was in the beginning of the "relationship". I'm not trying to make excuses for myself, but in those two instances, the lines of the "relationship" weren't clear...and I'm using quotes because I didn't even know there was a relationship to begin with other than that I was sleeping with that person on a somewhat regular occasion (which I assumed was 'friends with benefits')...howev er they obviously had a different idea of what was going on.
Though once the relationship had been clearly established (by them saying that this was what it was), I did not cheat. So I guess the answer of whether or not I cheated in the first place will depend on who you ask.

Nope.

Never cheated, been tempted but it wasn't remotely worth it at all. Never is.

I have cheated, with my current husband. Our respective relationships were not good--but it was no excuse not to wait until we were single. You cannot break what is already broken, but you can wait until it is permanent....
We have been together 16 years, so it was not a fling but it was still a situation that we are less than proud of.

I have always believed that if you feel the need to cheat, it's just time to move on. I have never and would never cheat. If I wasn't happy, I would pack up and leave.
12/28/2012
I cheated because I was confused about my relationship.
12/28/2012
I've thought about it, but since I've been cheated on extensively in the past, I knew how much it hurt so I've never acted on it. I never plan to. It's a really messed up thing when you can just talk to the other person you're in a relationship with and fix your actual problems, or come to a non monogamous solution with each others consent.
12/28/2012
I answered, "I have thought about it," but there was never any danger of my acting on my impulses. I don't think this is a men/women issue - I think it is a self-control issue. Crushes/temptation within relationships are normal. Just don't do it. Stick to your agreement with your partner.
12/28/2012
Never cheated or been tempted to
12/28/2012
I wouldn't - if you want to cheat, you probably aren't being fulfilled and/or don't really want to be in the relationship. Cheating isn't being true to yourself.

Never have. Once you gain my loyalty, you have it forever. You know, unless you really royally screw me over...
12/28/2012
Never.
12/29/2012
Nope. I get tunnel vision when I'm in a relationship. =]
12/29/2012
Nope, never cheated. Can't even imagine doing so.

never cheated
