Eh problem is after a while you begin to wonder if the ghost is better at another house...you start arguing about who is getting more out of the relationship. You know the ectoplasm is always waftier in the other room....

Most "sex ghosts" feed off sexual energy that takes more mundane types of energy to produce. After a while you'd just be too tired, and possibly sick to enjoy the attentions.
