I like dark, milk, white and mint chocolate. My favorite is of course milk but I will reach for dark when I can since it is a little better for you lol. It took a while for me to get used to the taste. I love caramel and truffle too, I love that smooth melting feeling.

I always pop in the Ghiradelli store when I'm walking by, since they hand out free squares. Free is my favorite flavor.

I love their caramel squares, but am not opposed to whatever I can get. I'd probably leave the dark dark chocolate till the end if it was a variety pack, I've never been a huge fan of it.

I'm a big fan of dark chocolate with any kind of berry :'D SO good. I like caramel too but theirs is too soft for my tastes.
