I have a pair of "goal" pants that are always in my line of sight. It keeps me going.

I remember myself every day of the health problems I have and why it is important to take care of myself. It makes it a lot easier on me to look at it from that perspective.

Instead of going to the gym (where I've been exactly once and hated) I try to make time for physical activities I actually enjoy. Biking, walking, yoga, dancing.

I just keep to a schedule. It helps a lot if working out is just part of your routine

i try to get a routine going. a few yrs ago, i got into a routine that i kept up w/ for about a yr, & lost a bunch of weight. i've gained it all back since, & i have a MUCH harder time keeping up w/ it now.
