I've done yoga before, but it's all at my own home with DVDs. I'm not much for the group setting. As long as you really focus on it and clear your mind of other things, it's actually pretty relaxing.

Back a few years ago I took a couple of yoga classes, just the basics, in college during a physical education requirement, it was actually a lot of fun! I hope you enjoy it, I know I did! I enjoyed the breathing routines and basic stretches It did wonders for my back aches!

I'm a certified Hatha and intermediate Ashtanga instructor! I haven't taught in a while but still practice on my own. As a beginner I recommend you to focus on breathing and technique. Your muscles will relax and stretch in time. Good luck and enjoy! It can be a life changing experience

I did yoga classes during summer courses at school with my mom two years ago.

It was awesome, our instructor just rocked. She was really helpful and the class was composed of every generation. She had really great music too. I enjoyed doing it very much and hope to join a class again soon.

It will be perfect for you then! I originally chose that class for that reason specifically, my lower back was always hurting and I'd just never found the time to go to classes between school and work, it did help a lot!
