I'm very boring and only like cheese on my pizza. I will eat it with other toppings, but I prefer it plain.

Great unless you are allergic to cheese like me!!! Have to do all CHEESE FREE. Everything else, however, is a GO.

OK. I'm weird.

I am allergic to dairy products. So, I have my pizzas without any cheese if from a pizza place or with soy cheese if we make it at home.

My favorite toppings are:

Black Olive

Green Olive

Artichoke

Roasted Zucchini (raw zucchini is too wet and ruins the pizza, it has to be roasted, grilled or at least pan cooked first.)

Once in a while pepperoni and once in a great while meatball. I live in Chicago, so you can get good toppings on a pizza. Chicago pizza is the BEST in the world. However, I will not speak to people who put shrimp on pizza. It's an abomination! Ham and pineapple? I'm from Chicago, don't piss me off. We take our pizza and our beef sang-whitches very seriously. It ain't a beef sang-whitch if it ain't wet. (meaning dipped in the "gravy.") All youse who eat dry beef sang-whitches (or as they so incorrectly call them "sandwiches" or worse, "Grinders") are just.... wrong.

(All of this is tongue in cheek, y'all.)

Black olive, green bell pepper, pepperoni, and bacon with provolone cheese is my absolute favorite. I don't eat mushrooms, onions or sausage so most of the specialty pizzas have those taken off the item list if we go that route. Or are only put on half.

I love meat lover and pepperoni pizzas. My absolute favorite, however, is pepperoni and shrimp. Shrimp is a very underrated topping, I find.
