I love mangos SOOO much. I enjoy them in smoothies, or on their own as a snack but recently my big fix is mango salad which is mango with red peppers in a honey sauce with peanuts!!Mmm!

Pomegranate!
But lately I've been on a pretty big mango kick. In fact, I have homemade mango sherbet in the freezer right now, I'm eagerly waiting for it to finish freezing!

I always make skewers with GRAPES, FRESH PINEAPPLE and STRAWBERRIES. Folks at parties love them, and there is nothing to making them.

I was that kid that wanted an apple or an orange more than I wanted junk foods. Even as an adult, I'll pick fruit over chips just about every time and I love all fruit. A yummy fruit salad makes me just as happy as a bag of chocolate!
