What was your favorite childhood lunch?

I swear I ate peanut butter and jelly everyday for 8 years as a kid and loved it. I'd get mad if my Mom didn't make my lunch that morning and gave me money to buy school lunch. In fact I still love PBJ sandwiches (and lunchables! I guess I'm not a foodie! ) So, what did you love to eat as a kid?

Pizza with potato chips, which was served every Friday in the school cafeteria when I was growing up. It was the only day I was allowed to buy lunch, my mom packed me yogurt every other day.

My elementary school's spagetti and sauce with buttered bread. Mom sure couldn't make it taste that good.

Yeah, I forgot about the weird rectangle pizza every school seems to serve! Everyone else seemed to love it.

Uh, yeah. I may or may not be addicted to peanut butter. Have you tried the gourmet stuff from Peanut Butter & Co? Cinnamon raisin makes my toes curl! Peanut Butter & Co

I loved pumpernickle bread with butter on it. But, I was an easy kid because I would eat just about anything. Except beets!

Had peanut butter sandwiches everyday in school ... XP Took me years to recover from that.

My favorite lunch was when I briefly went to a private school and they served tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches on Tuesdays. I still make that lunch sometimes as an adult.

Chef Boyardee Spaghetti & meatballs. I was a picky eater & this was the one meal I was guaranteed to eat. I also liked hard salami & amer. cheese sandwiches w/ mayo.
