If you want to increase alertness more naturally, you can do some light exercise, drink coffee or tea, and wake up more naturally using circadian rhythms. I'll get off my soapbox now

I agree! That's why I try to avoid them completely. I used to be a waitress in a breakfast diner, so I would drink them (guilty of taking 5 hours energys back then too!) as I have never been a fan of coffee. I just can't stand the after-taste! But now I'm a stay at home mom so I like never drink any of that stuff anymore. I get caffeine from soda, lol.
Though my SO drinks blueberry Red Bull like every day, lol.
