I prefer 5-hr energy as well.

I usually empty the contents into a bottle of vitamin water and sip it over a couple of hours - rather than all at once. That way it's more like 8-10 hour energy. I just have to be careful not to drink it too late or I'll have trouble sleeping.

I don't drink those energy drinks. I really don't like the taste of them. When they first came out with Jolt Cola in the 80's that was my energy drink. Now that I'm getting older, I drink my coffee and it keeps me going all day long..

I like sugar-free Red Bull (so as to prevent the sugar crash), but I also love NeuroSonic -- it feels less jittery and I sometimes get positive mood effects.
