Omnivore but try to eat healthily and want to go vegetarian, but am finding it difficult to make the 100% cold turkey switch. Would like to become vegetarian for political reasons and don't think I could ever go vegan because I am already picky enough about food/ am afraid of most foods and have an unhealthy relationship with food
