I like dogs by their breeds, not by their size. But, if the breed has different sizes like my poodle, then I prefer larger dogs.

Medium dogs are my favorite, but I adore large dogs too.

I'm not really a small dog person myself, they tend to be too yappy and underfoot all the time and I'm afraid of stepping on them, haha. But I love all dogs, period. I'm not complete without my dog.

I like snakes better than dogs, but the medium ones are the best. Big dogs always drag me around and little dogs just creep me out...

Could have sworn I already visited this thread...guess it was one of the nights I was half alseep. xD
Anyway, while we have a small dog, size doesn't matter much to me.
It's more about the dog's personality...if it's a super-cute little dog but it's vicious I certainly wouldn't choose it over a gigantic cuddle bug of a dog. ^_^
Lucky for us King Ceaser is small and cuddly though.

I have a beautiful Golden Retriever and she is 9 years old; her name is Rose. I would place her in the big dog category, although she is smaller than a German Shephard.

I love all animals. Any size dog I like but my favorite dogs are daschunds! I plan on getting one when I move out hopefully by the end of the year. My little guy died 2 years ago from cancer and a stroke He was my buddy for 16 years. I still miss the little guy, he was a sweetheart. People think I'm weird but I have a little angle weenie dog (with halo, wings) that has his name engraved on it. I also have a little stuffed weenie dog my fiance got me the day he passed that I put his collar on and keep at the foot of my bed.

Most of the time I prefer medium or large dogs, but there are a few small ones I really like, like Corgis and Shetland Sheepdogs. I don't like it when a dog looks too fragile.

I'm more of a cat person, but someday I'd like to have a dog again. I love big dogs! German Shepherds are my on the top of my list, and those big ol' guys that look like bears (can't remember what breed it is I'm thinking of here, I think a lot of the ones I've met were mixed, but I just love them).
