No - I work at home about 40-60% of the time. What a great option that is.

In the old days it was all suits or sport coats with ties. Now a sport coat without a tie is my preferred way to visit customers.

No, not at all. Sometimes I will dress up if I feel like it, but it's nice that I don't have to.

We're encouraged to dress nicely, but it's not required. If I'm having a long day I don't bother dressing up too much.
