We have Krave cereal in Chocolate, but in Europe they have it in Nutella!!! We have toilet seats. In Japan they have toilet systems.....with warmers and washers and bottom blow dryers!!!! I could go on, but be it toys, food, technology or even home appliances, it seems other nations have "cooler"stuff. What do you think about that?
Does it ever bother you that other nations have better stuff then we can buy in the USA?

That's why the internet is a glorious thing my friend, it allows you in most situations to buy those things?! It's amazing!

Some places have lesser quality items, esp if they come from US. The export only Cheetos are always stale.

It bothered me when I was younger and they stopped making Oreo O's cereal in the U.S.

Every country (and even region) has better and worse products. We have a lot of things that other countries don't! For example, in NM McDonalds serves Green Chili Cheesburgers, while in Japan McDonals serves rice. Neither are better, but they cater to the audience that is their prime demographic.
I also agree that you can import most 'regional' foods, and in many cities there are import markets where you can often find interesting variations.

It's a shame that you can't import European condoms (in a wider variety of sizes) to the US without being slapped with fines!

it bothers me that I cant get a Honda truck, or a Toyota diesel pickup here.

What bothers me more is the way so many other nations are passing us by in other areas, like quality of life, standard of living, health care, education and so on. Those are not things you can just order off the Internet!

It doesn't bother me. I have everything I need. Anything else is just stuff.

Some other nations are also happier. Wonder if they have more time for sex?

I never thought about the stuff they have, but I am jealous of their less-hectic lifestyles (in western Europe), and not having to worry about healthcare.

I'm not to bothered by it. It's a simple case of culture, and supply and demand. Some cultures demand certain things that other cultures don't, like Japan and their toilets. Then there's supply and demand...with most stuff not having enough demand in the USA for it to be profitable to carry and sell here.

Japan has like 20 different flavors of Kit-Kat. Someday I would love try them all!

Having visited family in Japan multiple times, I can say that even the "cheap crap" they have there is higher quality than anything you could get in the USA for anywhere near that price. China on the other hand, has cheaper stuff but wow, often the quality is absurdly low. Thankfully we have the internet to buy things from, but it would be nice if there wasn't such high shipping costs! >

Can we stop and talk about Kinder Eggs for a second because those are illegal here mnow and damn that is the most delicious chocolate. And they have the cutest lil kids toys inside. Truly a shame tbh

I would totally try out a bottom blow dryer...would scare the life out of my toddler who is potty training though. P.S. Krave cereal is yuck to me, so no jealousy on that one.
