Does anyone still use a "digital" watch with LED's? (you know,. the old red lighted readout)?

Ummm I dont, but I have always preferred the normal analog face watches with designs in the background.

I need to pick up a digital watch. I saw a nice Deisel LED one on Amazon... But, I'm still debating on that or a Phosphor e-ink watch.

They're okay, but I prefer wearing pocket watch necklaces instead.
I suppose if I saw a cute enough watch like the ones you're describing, then I might consider it though.

No, lol but the red watch looks cool. It looks like lava. I think my alarm clock uses LED. I'm not sure what LED is, but it looks similar

Funny I came across this me and a friend were talking about wearing watches. Those are too cool. I told her I have not were a watch in ages. I used to but then stopped. Think it may be do to having a cell I would always just check that instead.
