Does anyone know where to get free boxes?

Try a Specs, or anywhere that sells alcohol! Also, some grocery stores keep their boxes, rather than just trashing them.

Try your local grocery stores and discount department stores (like TJ Maxx). Go in and ask to speak to the manager directly, as you'll have more luck than if you just talked to a cashier, and explain that you're moving (even if you're not). I've encountered many that are more than happy to help!

Liquor stores are great places to get them, particularly on Sunday mornings

I used to work at a grocery store and they would give them to people if they came in and asked.

As a fallback plan, you can always check the free listings on Craigslist. People who have just finished moving are always trying to give away their boxes and bubble wrap.

Liquor stores and grocery stores. Some places will even put boxes aside for you.
Save your Eden boxes. They pile up quickly!

Try a local recycling center. The boxes are typically broken down, but taping them together is a lot cheaper than buying them.

I don't know where you are from but local grocery stores, walmart, or if you have a goodwill in your area they might have extra boxes to give to you. Good luck

Liquor stores--cannot be sent in mail, though!!
Convenience stores, book stores, post office, UPS.com, and grocery stores. You can also try schools as well. Uline sells boxes.

I'm not sure about Wal-Mart. I think they reuse most of their shipping boxes internally.

Anyplace with a box compactor might be willing to let you have the boxes. Also anyplace that doesn't automatically bag your items usually don't mind if you ask for boxes.

I know, right! See, I want to know how much of the 85 cents they spend is for printing that message on the side of the box...

Any supermarket, or any stores really. I just moved and had to find boxes. Hardware stores have them, grocery stores always do, dollar stores sometimes do...

One of my relatives recently got a whole bunch of free boxes from the post office.
