"Typical" meaning starting around 8-9 and ending 5-6? I do not. I'm a server in a restaurant and my shift starts at 4 and ends at closing, usually around 10-11 by the time we clean up. I like my hours because I don't function well in the morning.
Do you work typical hours?

I do not work typical hours and my job isn't typical either.

Not only do I not work typical hours, I don't work a typical job. I definitely put these toys from EF to good use though when I am working.

I work strange hours. I work from 1:40pm to 10:10pm.
03/02/2013
3 days a week I work from 10 to 3.
One day I work from 10 to 2.
If I'm on call I work from 7 to 7.
My days off are full time work from when the kids get up to when they go to bed.

For me.... 2nd shift, M-f, 4PM EST - midnight. Oh and I love my work schedule.
03/02/2013
Yes I do work close to 9-5 at work.
03/02/2013
I've got a variety of jobs and obligations at the moment, so I tend to work very odd hours. I like it though because often I have a lot of free time in the middle of the day to shop and go to the gym!
03/02/2013
Yes I do. Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
03/02/2013
Somewhat typical 7am to 5pm, + or - an hour either way.
03/02/2013
Depends....summertime yes. Winter, I make my own hours based on how much business I have.
03/02/2013
Nope. I'm a full time student with a part time job and a part time internship. I fit my work schedule in where I can. I usually work 7-11 PM or 2-7 PM.

I'm out of work at the moment due to health issues.

My hours change constantly.

I do now, but I have worked every shift there is.

Most of the time, I have worked typical hours. Right now, though, I'm unfortunately out of work.

I am at work a little earlier then most.

Just graduated college and am job hunting still.
03/02/2013
Typical hours and unfortunately it seems too much for my liking in extra hours
03/02/2013
I used to when I worked, but I'm a homemaker now.

Typical... hours? Is... is there such a thing? God I wish I had a typical SCHEDULE. I never know any of my schedule more than a week in advance. There are many days I don't know if I'm going to work that day until just a few hours beforehand!
03/02/2013
Unfortunately yes... I work at 8 in the morning till around 5:30. I would much prefer a night job.
03/02/2013
My days at work vary. I mean, I never work more than 3 hours. While it's DURING typical hours, it's not a 9-5 or 8-5 job.
03/02/2013
Varies from week to week.
03/03/2013
I used to, back when I worked in an office.
Right now I work in retail, and my shifts vary from day to day and week to week.

I work from home, and work whatever hours I choose. It can be good, but can also tie me to the house.
