Sometimes I think about very weird things. Other times, less weird things. Today however, I'm wondering how many of you whiten your teeth. Please feel free to elaborate in the comments!
Do you whiten your teeth?

I have sensitive teeth and a sensitive gag reflex, I can't see being able to handle something over my teeth for a long period of time.

My regular toothpaste happens to also be a whitening toothpaste, and even safe for sensitive teeth! I'm not big on the mouth washes because I never remember to use them, and on occasion I use the whitening strips. I've talked to my dentist about tooth whitening before and he told me that while they can do it in the office, they normally recommend the Crest White Strips. I've used a few of the different strips that Crest offers and so far I'm really happy with the 3D white. They actually stay on your teeth lol.

I use whitening tooth paste but have used the strips a few times.

It's been a while since I whitened them, but I have done it before. It worked great and really lasted a long time!

I used to use white strips, but now I have custom bleaching trays from the dentist. They had an offer where new patients got free whitening. My family had just moved to a new city and we all needed a new dentist, so we all have really white teeth now

i use a whitening toothpaste. i used crest strips once, & they did an ok job.

I never tried it hard core, just the toothpastes. I really should look into whitening strips. My family has naturally ivory-colored teeth (as a trade-off we don't have cavities or other dental problems), so I'm not sure how much more my teeth can actually whiten.

I have used strips before, but don't currently. I use whitening toothpaste but I'm not sure it makes a difference. If I had a special occasion I might consider getting it done at the dentist, but I can't imagine getting it done regularly.

I use a toothpaste that is suppose to make ya teeth whiter, but it doesn't work that well.
I have paid out for a whitening paste with the mouth guards, but they are pretty hopeless too.

I don't see a need to whiten my teeth as too white just looks unnatural.

I have several "tooth color" fillings in front teeth and if you use whiting, those stay the color they were put in at (they are ceramic), and so they stand out, so whitening is NOT an option if you have FRONT FACING fillings...even the nice expensive enamel ones.

I use whitening tooth paste and occasionally a whitening mouth wash.

Nope, not seeing the llama.

I don't like the chemicals in them.

Whitening toothpaste and whitening mouthwash... they're everywhere. I don't really think about it, but I do use them.

I see a llama! Ha Ha. Kidding. I use regular tooth paste and use therabreath mouthwash and it whitens them. My white teeth are one thing people always notice. I love it! I occasionally use a whitening strip, but can't do that often it hurts my teeth. As a teen I used clorox bleach before to whiten em! Ha hA! It was crazy, but worked like magic! My teeth were so unbelievably white. People told me they looked unreal because of the whiteness. Lol. I certainly would never recommend doing that, but I was a kid and thought they needed whitening. Lol.
I like therabreath's mouth wash because it really brightens them, but I only use it once a month or if I have a mouth ulcer or tonsil stones. Yuck! But therabreath's mouthwash gets rid of all that stuff.

I will use the toothpaste if that is the kind she purchased, but other then that I do not go out of my way to whiten my teeth. They are pretty white as it is. And I am not a big coffee drinker.

My teeth are pretty white to begin with.

I use the Crest 3D white toothpaste. I have a sample of the whitening strips laying around somewhere that I keep meaning to try. I've been wanting to buy the strips, though since I drink a lot of pop it could end up being a waste to try them.

I bought a Groupon for BriteSmile whitening for my son a few years ago. It did lighten his teeth but certainly not to the dazzling white that I've seen on some people. I asked him if he'd do it again and he told me he would not. He said that it really hurt as well as made his teeth quite sensitive for several weeks.

I go to dentists when I can. I brush my teeth, never do I do whitening.
08/28/2011
I just brush, but never whiten!
08/28/2011
I use the strips
08/28/2011
my toothpaste does

I don't use anything special to whiten my teeth. Just the normal care.

I have whitening toothpaste and strips.
I don't use them as directed though.
I've had the same box of strips forever. You're supposed to use them like once or twice a day for two weeks or something. I'll use them once a day for like 4 days and then stop.
For the toothpaste I use it once a day and then a more complete clean toothpaste for my other brush.
Basically my teeth are already pretty white and I just want a baby boost every now and then lol
