I am surprised how many people I have met who didn't even hear about things like WOT (Web Of Trust, an extension for your browser with colored ratings to show you at the site open and in search results if a site if reliable, trusted, safe, or not, by user ratings and comments), and many people don't even care to manage a safe and secure browsing...

Do you use any extensions like that?

I use the free AVG virus scanner, and that's about it for safeguards.

i have norton antivirus and thats it and i really have problems. My computer wants to crash dump on a weekly basis and i have scanned everything, cleaned everything. I just dont have money to get it taken care of.

All I do is private mode when looking at stuff I don't want other people to see who use my computer.
