On some people they are...Like, I don't think people with big lips need lip piercings and very few people can pull of a Monroe but when the right person has them...SO sexy.

Tattoos have never really been "sexy" for me.

Depends. There are some tattoos I find unsexy, such as prison-type ink or ones with racist/neo-nazi themes. I also think certain types of piercings can be off-putting. I saw a pic of a guy who had stretched both sides of his nostrils to insane proportions. You could see the interior of his nose! Not so hot in my opinion.
