It's been a while since my husband and I have been (we're Southern Baptist), but we're trying to work out our schedules so we can start going again, and taking the kids.
Do you still go to church?

I don't believe in any of their bullshit.
10/08/2012
I have not been in a while.
10/08/2012
I don't go anymore

No "my family isn't christian" option? I guess "other" works. My family is a mix of jewish and buddhist, I've never been to a church before.

Such hypocrisy
10/08/2012
do not go
10/08/2012
I currently don't have a car, so I can't go independently without a long bus ride. However, when I did have a car, yep. Every sunday.
10/08/2012
I haven't been in years.
10/08/2012
I occasionally go, and when I move closer, I'll go more often
10/09/2012
nope!

Both of my parents are very religious, but I stopped going to church about 15 years ago.

I have never been part of a church. Some of my family members are and we occasionally go to church during visits, but that is about it for me. Most of family is southern baptist (one room church, dirt parking lot) and I'm diffidently more liberal than most of my family. Some things said in church make me cringe.

I do not go anymore

I don't go anymore. I went to catholic middle and high school and we always had to go to mass. I got sick of it so once I left I didn't really go again.

I don't go anymore. I never really felt like I belonged...

I'm not religious, so I've never really gone to church for worship reasons. I have been in them a few times for weddings.

Haven't been since I was a kid. Although I stopped considering myself to be Christian before I stopped having to go to church.finally my mom got sick of all the begging for money while none of it was being used for what it should have been used for. Pastor's wife always had expensive clothes, hair, and nails though.

I go. I am a Christian. I think all people have spiritual needs and you have to seek out ways to meet those needs. I dont alway agree with all the teachings, but overall I think it is good for me, my family and my community. It is a personal decision, and as individuals we have to go with what feels right to us.

Sometimes, but not often now that I have kids taht can't sit still through church.

My GF and I do socialize with a minister and his spouse, even though I am atheist. As well, I do enjoy spirited debate over the contradictory and downright evil (by modern standards) passages of the Bible.

I did for a good while last year. Then there was gossip, anger, and just satan in my opinion. Preacher resigned on the spot. I slowly didn't wasnt to go back.
I hope to find another church one day.
