I received two tonight. They came in around 3:45.. Someone breathing heavy. Seriously? LOL. This is not the 90's.

Do you ever get those kinds of calls?

So, now I'm on here browsing products.

Kinda, we get people selling stuff but that's it. We don't actually get prank calls.

On the landline we get telemarketers.

On my cellphone I get a lot of wrong numbers. Pisses me off. I've owned this number for YEARS.

Never really had prank phone calls even in the 90's. But that is so old school. Nobody has time for that so childish and kidish

Not so much on my personal phone, but at work we get an alarming number of calls where they hang up as soon as we answer.

I've never been prank called, ding dong ditched, egged, or toilet papered. Nothing. Maybe it was because of my dads? My bio dad is 6'4", and my late step-dad was 5'10"ish and stocky. Both scared the crap out of me, when they were mad (apparently I needed an attitude adjustment when I was in HS, lol). Plus, it's harder with *69, caller id, and trying to make a clean get away in a cul-de-sac.

Now I get telemarketers, up the wazoo. Or the odd soliciting text message, now and again.

Do you consider drunk dials, adult prank calls? Since very little comes out of it, and most of them end before you get to say a word? lol

I have NEVER gotten a prank call like that! ha, the worst I get is telemarketers/credit people repeatedly calling, asking for the same person even when I say they've changed their number, or someone speaking to me in Spanish and repeatedly leaving Spanish messages even after I tell them I'm not who they think I am and that I don't speak Spanish

It's so lame when they just breathe deeply into the phone. I hang up and then they call back. I answered one more time to see if it was one of my friends that were out some place drunk, and calling me. Then the heavy breathing starts again.... Some people really need to get a life.

I think my mom tried to prank call me once, but I'm not counting that...she has the unfunny gene, and it's rather sad.

not really prank calls but more like an ex that wont leave me alone.

The invention of caller ID dramatically reduced crank calls.

I completely eliminated crank callers, surveys, telemarketers and political calls when I got rid of my home phone.

The bad thing about it is, it could have been someone you briefly met, years ago. They found you on google and started calling. It's a freaky world out there, to say the least.
