I am a snacker, that is one of my biggest weakness, however i try and snack on things like nuts or fruit chips or yogurt that is more healthy. However, I won't lie I do not deprive myself either and if i want an oreo cookie or two I will have one.

Yup, this is what I do, too. I've heard that six small meals is much healthier than three large ones. I sorta graze through the day. It's when I'm hungry or when I'm bored. Sometimes I snack on healthy items and other times junk food.

I usually healthy snack a little between meals since most of my meals are both massive and unhealthy. Need to find a way to just reasonably balance it all out.

I have a snack between breakfast and lunch, but not between lunch and dinner. It usually consists of 100 calorie snacks, granola bars, or fruit leather, which aren't exactly healthy but aren't terrible for me either.

I usually snack once a day. Occasionally, more. I chose the 'forgot something' option only because I like my sweet snacks, but we don't eat sugar here, so while my snacks are not particularly healthy, they aren't sugary either....

You missed something. It's called food-induced thermogenesis. It means you eat a lot of small, reasonably healthy snacks throughout the day, with few, if any main meals. Basically, your body is so busy burning calories from the foods that you ingest (every few hours) that you loose weight from eating. Did you know that cucumbers (yah, even pickles), celery, carrots, and the like actually make your body burn more calories by digesting them than it costs you to eat them? It's called a negative-calorie food. Yah. Totally. Eat often, eat healthy, and be thin.

I eat all day long for the most part. I'll eat an orange, then ten minutes later some cereal, then maybe a breakfast I make myself or my girl makes, then fruit or something else in between lunch... I eat 8-10 times a day, just small amounts

I snack all day long. It is better when I am at work, because I cant walk around with food. So I only eat at break time. But when I am home, I eat all day long.
