Do you research your non-sexual items as well?

I have found myself really looking into the ingredients and other factors of things I purchase for daily use. I am blaming reviewing for this new habit...anyone else???

It depends on what it is. I research the crap out of makeup and skin care products before I buy.

If it's some type of electronic device, yes.

I am notorious for researching the heck out of everything before I buy. Lol. Mostly why I love EF.

Yes, and I consider it a GREAT habit, even if it can get annoying sometimes. My wife and I have been doing this more and more with everything over the past several years, even before I started reviewing here.

She used to have some pesky health issues and by learning to buy only natural and healthy things, she's feeling MUCH better than she did before. Me, too!

I believe it's better to live with eyes open, mindfully, than it is to blunder blindly through life.

most of the time I do! I read the label of every food item I buy, I think endlessly about my online purchases....but if I'm in, say, a Target or a clothing store in the mall, all that flys straight out the window.

Yep. Especially pricey things that have the capacity to go terribly wrong, like leather boots and shoes. Just the other day I looked up reviews of a particular pair of shoes and found out they run very large - saved myself a lot of hassle by doing my research!

Of course...I'm not a big fan of purchasing anything without either seeing it in person to look it over or reading reviews, so if I'm going to be buying something then I'm going to be doing research to see if it's worth the cost and of decent quality.

Yep! Especially if it's an expensive product or something I'll be using on a regular basis

I'd say this behavior predates reviewing and reading reviews on EF for me.
