I was in the 6th grade when these came out. I absolutely loved them.
Do you remember this drink?
OMG! Thank you! Lol. This is so weird, but about a month ago I kept remembering when my dad used to bring me these as a kid! I kept TRYING so hard to explain them to my partner and I just knew he'd know what I was talking about if he saw the drink. Finally, now I know the name! Orbitz. I was so so young when my dad would get me these! I only liked em' cause the cool looking beads. I really don't remember the taste, but how cool that someone else was recently thinking of them! I was also trying to figure out what another drink was called around the same time. When I was a kid I LOVED it and could not remember the name til' the other day. It was called Eclipse. I've looked for them for years and I guess they went out around the time the Orbitz did. Can you even still buy these? If so, I'll HAVE to buy one just to refresh our memories. Lol
Holy Shit I was just talking about this with a friend of mine. A new trend is asian bubble tea, and its basically the same concept of wierd mooshy shapes floating around in the beverage f your choice.
I thought they were awesome. I remember my cousin getting her ass kicked because her and I drank several bottles of this, saved all of the squishy little orbs and proceeded to have an orbit fight all over my aunt's kitchen. I was about in 5th grade then. Ahhh the memories.
I remember this! I drank a few when I was younger. I remember chewing on those weird squishy "orbitz" and thinking they were gross but drinking it anyway. I got them at the same little grocery store that had "dunkaroo's" if anyone remembers those too.

They totally look like something I wouldn't even go close to (meaning if I ever saw them anywhere, I just wouldn't even go to such a section), they shout that they are stuffed with chemicals and that the taste is rather like plastic instead of something you would love to taste anytime - too sweet, too artificial, yuccckkk, nope, thank you! I don't remember them at all! ^^

Do you remember this drink?
i was in 4th grade, my dad owned a gas station and would bring them home to us sometimes as treats. our friends didnt know what to think when we pulled em out at lunchtime.
I remember seeing them, but never had any inclination to put it in my body. That's probably because I was in my early 20s when they came out...I was allowed to buy beer, and had an interested in drinking it at the time
