I always peek if I know where they might be hiding! If I know they're there, it's like they're taunting me and I can't help it! I'm still good at being surprised though, because the entire time I'm waiting for it, I'm excited.

I COULD NOT HELP myself and I'd always peek! I would feel remorse afterward though, and feel sad that I had to fake the surprise so usually I'd own up to it.

I don't really have a reason to peek anymore simply because my family mostly follows a wish list, so I know what I'm getting. Which is really kind of disappointing lol.
but when I was little, I would go into my moms closet and start looking but then I'd stop and run away real fast because I didn't want to ruin the surprise! (and I was a little afraid of getting caught heehee)
Sometimes though I'd be in her closet looking for something she told me to get and i'd find something that I knew was supposed to be for me, but I'd forget about it by the time christmas or my birthday actually rolled around.
