I used to love working out but then I got pregnant and stopped for a while. Now that I'm getting back into working out I feel like my body is slowly getting used to it again and getting back into shape. I really enjoy working out and am glad I can take time out of my day to do it. I feel more energized now which is a great thing. How about you? Do you like working out? Or do you work out and hate it?
Do you like working out?

I love working out! But I just don't seem to have the time to do it as often as I'd like. I end up going regularly for weeks or months at a time and then I get in some sort of funk. I'm going to my gym in an hour though I'm participating in a spartan race in a month so that's keeping me motivated!

I have no pregnancy to blame my reluctance on. I work out because I don't like how I feel if I don't. I wish I could find a positive reason to do it!

I like taking classes so that pretty pricey. I like being a part of something. Working out alone or in a gym NOOO way I hate that.

I can't wait for my foot doctor to give me the OK to be active again. I lost 15 pounds in 2 months. I hate working out because I hate sweating and I sweat BAD. It makes me feel gross and embarrassed. But I do feel better after for sure.
