Whenever I buy a bag of fresh spinach, I go on a spinach spree! It's a great substitute for boring ol' iceberg lettuce and it can be cooked into so many different things! A lot of people are so used to spinach being depicted as an overcooked dark green blob, but having it fresh or even being able to steam it on your own can change your view on it quite easily!

I love it! If you chop it finely, you can throw it in any dish with tomato sauce and barely taste it, and get all the vitamins

Love it lightly sauteed in bacon drippings or olive oil...yummmm! Raw in a salad is also amazing. Not too keen on creamed or canned spinach though.
