So, long story short, I found out at a recent dental appointment that I have gingivitis and need to have wisdom teeth pulled (they are a large part of the problem, apparently.) The hygienist recommended that I look into an oral irrigator. I decided to order one (brand name WaterPik) from Amazon. I've only had it two days, but I really love it. It's already reducing the pain from my one wisdom tooth and it makes my gums feel nice and rejuvenated. I wish I had bought one a lot sooner, actually. So...anyone else have one?
Do you have a WaterPik?

I will have to look into it

Never tried it, but it sounds neat.

I always just floss and brush. The Water Pik does sound very pleasant though! Sometimes in the shower, I let the streams of water hit my teeth and gums - it always feels nice. A Water Pik would probably be 10 times better.

Nope but I might try it!

I have one. They are nice when I have the time to use one, but usually I'm rushing around like a maniac so it doesn't get used as much as it should.

Never heard of it before. But it sounds interesting. I don't know if I would be willing to spend that much for it though.
