In our home, our tablets (we have APPLE and ASUS...but love the ASUS Transformer best). Do you have a tablet? Has it replaced your laptop???

It hasn't replaced the laptop, and the laptop hasn't replaced the desktop. They're useful in different circumstances

I don't have a tablet, but the prospect of a Google Nexus tablet is quite tempting. It wouldn't replace my laptop by any means, though.

I had to send my laptop for repairs and so my time on EF suffers because its the not the same thing with this darn tablet.

I don't/haven't had a tablet of any kind, though I would like an I-pad

I sure want one. Specifically, I read toooons of books on my smart phone (while on the bus, waiting for the bus, at restaurants having lunch, at the coffee place, etc.), and a tablet would be a step up for reading on. For me it'd be worth it for that alone! I don't read books on my computer. Also there are some great games on the iPad for playing with friends over the internet, like Wurdle. Haha.

I have in iPad and love it. I use it for simple things I want to do like check my email, surf the web or watch something. But I still use my mac when I want to type something like right now since it's much easier. For me, it's a bonus item for my computer but doesn't replace it.

I would love to have a tablet! My friend has one and she is always braggin' about all the awesome stuff it does, which drives me nuts because one of these days hers is going to come up missin' and Ill be in the corner Teehee'ing lol.

Don't have and don't want. My laptop is just fine and shiny new, though, and I have no money. I'd prefer some kind of book reader like the Kindle for the usage I'd do of a tablet.

I have a Nook tablet and I still use my computer. I actually got it as a gift about 1 week before my laptop completely died (effing pc's... NEVER AGAIN)

I use my Nook when I'm reading, obviously. I also use it to watch Netflix or use Facebook in other rooms of the house, or when I'm on the go. It gets used a LOT, but not a replacement. I can't word process on mine, which is key for many things going on in my life right now.

I have been lusting over the Transformer Prime since it came out. I have an EeePC for mobile computing right now, and it's been mostly replaced by my android phone, so an android tablet with a keyboard dock would most definitely replace it for everything except what I absolutely need windows for.
