I absolutely love cats. They offer so much: they're independent yet affectionate, they're generally quite clean, they don't ask for much, and are (usually) very quiet.

I think dogs are much MUCH "needier" and "higher-maintenance." Though I love them, too.

I adore cats. I've grown up with them all my life and they're neither needy nor bothersome; no more ( in fact, less than ) a dog.

How can you hate cats? They are God's gift to man! They are the best things ever! Dogs are terrible. If you must hate an animal, hate dogs.

I don't hate any animal. (Except maybe mosquitoes - I might hate them.) All cats are different, and that's part of the fun! Many of them like to pretend they don't need us humans, but deep down they really do. Little sweeties!

I am ridiculously allergic to cats, so I've been trying to convince myself that I hate them for years.

They just bring me pain!

I love them, I just don't want them. I appreciate other's cats and sometimes think it'd be nice to have one, since they're so low maintenance, but I'm also allergic to most animal fur/dander so I think I'll stick to appreciating other's cats and not getting one of my own

I like good cats. I recently adopted a cat, and it attacked my face!!! I had to send her home to my family because she seemed so much happier there, and she doesn't attack anyone anymore... I've just had bad luck.

I have cats, and the boy is an asshole! LOL! I think he's jealous of me. He always gives me the evil eye whenever me and my wife are close, it's actually pretty funny.

I loathe male cats for that very reason. But all other felines are welcome!

I love cats have had a lot of them been a while though have had my heart broken over death of some of them so its hard to get attached now for me I try to just concentrate on my kids now maybe later on I will get another

I love cats! Mine isn't needy. He takes off most of the day and does his own thing, only coming in to "bother" me every once in awhile for a quick pet.
