I don't really keep track, but it's pretty infrequent.
Do you eat meat everyday?

Most days but not every day and more poultry than red meat.
12/14/2012
Most of the time, but not always.

Most days I eat meat.

Last time I ate meat was April 2006.

My family does most of ym cooking for me, so I wind up eating meat at least once a day. Left to my own devices to cook, it would probably happen much closer to once or twice a week. I'm more fond of vegatables, wheat, and dairy anyway.

When I pack myself lunch it's usually a bit of meat and gravy on top of potatoes. I don't make a point to or not to eat meat every day, I just usually end up doing it because of what I pack and order!
12/14/2012
Once a week maybe more. I don't really like meat. If I do eat meat it's usually chicken, dont really like other meats.
12/14/2012
I do like meat, and when I'm hungry I crave protein. However I do try to have 1 or 2 meat free days a week.
12/14/2012
I don't plan it out, but I think it comes out to once every other day.
12/14/2012
I prefer to eat meat about once a week, when I can afford it.
12/14/2012
Every day!

I am currently on an all meat/cheese/butter diet my nutritionist put me on to let my colon rest. I can't wait to get back to my normal diet of mostly fruits and veg.

I eat meat only to not feel awkward around family
12/14/2012
I'm a fussy eater, and meat is one of the few things I do like, so it's usually in every meal.

Most days.

on most days I do. When I'm really watching my diet (or budget) I have to make a concerted effort to eat less!

somewhere in my head there is a lil person that tells me that i dont get filled up unless there is a meat product in my meal. I eat other things but im normally hungry within the hour if there is no meat

I've been a vegetarian for 3 years and a vegan for 5 months and I don't miss meat. When I was eating meat I was technically obese and now I'm at my ideal, healthy weight! But weight loss isn't the only thing that has been a benefit of not eating meat. I'm less tired, my periods are easier to deal with (I used to pass out and get nauseous amongst other things) and I don't know if having a normal sleeping schedule has anything to do with this lifestyle change, but I used to go to bed at random hours of the day/night. I also had acne, stretch marks, stomach problems all the time, and really bad anxiety attacks. Ever since I became a vegetarian these issues went away and I feel like it was the best decision I've ever made... not just for my health, happiness, and well being, but for other creatures happiness and well being.

Haven't eaten meat regularly in 15 years. We do eat fish a couple times a week and I eat dairy almost every day. On family occasions, about 2X a year, we eat poultry. Beans and greens are great for protein. Flax is good, too. 65% carbs (mostly whole grains), 15% protein, 20% fat. I'm not an athlete anymore, but I'm still kind of addicted to the diet. It keeps me even-tempered and energized.

I eat meat every day, because I'm at my happiest and healthiest on a high-protein, high-cholesterol, low refined carb diet.
