I worked at a health food store for five years as their business manager and tried to eat as healthy as I could, but I still have a non healthy habit of eating pizza and ice cream. Do you primarily try to eat healthy or don't really care and eat whatever you feel like eating regardless if it's healthy or not.

I pretty much just eat whatever I feel like at the moment. Could be salad, could be cake. I don't really worry about it.

That's how I am a combination of both but my bosses at the time practically ate perfectly 95% of the time. The only exception to the rule was if they had visitors coming over they'd have some snacks. The husband ate better than the wife, but he was the nutritionist.

I like mostly healthy foods, but I eat whatever I like, which means a combination of Apples, salads, home-cooking, and Chinese buffet, Nachos, and potato chips.

I like an even mix of both everyday.
Also, 'healthy' and 'unhealthy' is all a matter of perspective (& preparation!)

I generally like healthy food, but I don't forbid myself from eating unhealthy food. I don't think I seem to chunk foods into 'good' and 'bad' categories very often---basically as long as I'm getting a variety of nutrients, and it's homemade, I'm satisfied.

I am a food snob. I HAVE to read labels (trying to shed the baby weight) so I make sure whatever I put in my body is high protein/high dietary fiber and low carbs and low fat. Although, I do plan on taking myself out for my birthday next week for some ridiculously fried and delicious seafood.

I tend to stay away from "fast food" places, but overall, my diet is remarkably unhealthy *lol* I don't like veggies, and I don't care for chicken. Sorry. Life is too short to eat what I don't like in order to prolong it for a brief amount of time.

I'm trying to count my calories so many foods (even unhealthy ones) fit within the confines of my caloric restricts. Mostly it is a combo, but ive tried increasing the amount of food I make at home instead of buying fast food and it balances me out. Abstaining from processed foods all together would probably do my body good, but I'm not sure I can let certain treats go.
