Do you dream in color?

Yes, I do. I have heard that those who were children in the 1950s and 1960s are more likely to dream in black and white because televisions of that era were black and white.

When I do dream, it's always been in color. It's really hard for me to imagine people not dreaming in color unless they have been completely blind since birth. I've heard that statement before though too.

I dream in color and also feel things as if I was actually there....I thought everyone did this....
03/16/2013
I think most of my dreams are in color. But I cant remember them all.
03/16/2013
I can't remember ever having a dream in black and white; so, color! (for the dreams I remember anyway)
03/16/2013
My dreams have always been in color.

I always dream in color.

Always in color
03/16/2013
Yes, I dream in color.
03/16/2013
Well, to be fair, black, white and grey are all colors
But yes, I dream in 'techni'color. I've never dreamed in gray scale or sepia tone.

Yes I dream in color, I have very life like vivid dreams that I have sometimes woke up from freaking out an trying to make sure I was really in my bed since they were that real.

Yes. I sometimes have very vivid lucid conscious dreams. I've been able to TASTE (like tasting candy in a dream) and the flavor can be so realistic and even be something I have never tasted before. I have heard music and sweet voices that no human can make. In a vivid lucid dream once, I took my shoes off just to feel the hard rocks against the soles of my feet. They felt like real rocks against my skin. I could feel the wind moving the tree leaves, the sun rays casting down through the tree leaves. I could FEEL the wind blowing through my hair. I could take a deep breath of the air into my lungs. In my dreams, I have reached out my hand and touched a brick wall and it feels completely real and solid against my fingertips. I have seen the individual strands of hair on a dream person. I've had full on conversations in my dream worlds. Trust me, dreams are more real than you think. The possibilities are truly endless.

As far as I remember my dreams have always been in colour. Just the colour is duller in some of them.

I was going to edit my post, sorry for the repeat.

I've also had my body asleep but my mind awake and me fully conscious knowing, "I'm asleep and I'm tired but my mind is awake". Weird feeling to know i need to keep my body still because it still needs rest. lol

I've only ever dreamed in color that I can remember. I'm trying to train my self to lucid dream, which has lead to some really vivid dreams, but none that I was lucid for yet.

My dreams are extremely vivid. They are always in color, sometimes the color is exceptionally intense. I think I'd like to have at least one black and white dream, or even a monochromatic one. It would make for an interesting dreamscape, something like a reverse Wizard of Oz.

I do, specifically just because I remember one dream where I had to save the backstreet boys in a multicolored maze

I'm pretty sure I've never actually dreamed in black and white.
03/17/2013
It has always been in color, for me.
03/17/2013
Yes. I don't remember all my dreams of course, but the ones I do, yep-color. I don't recall every having one that wasn't....

They're awesome.
I'm very happy that I found out the technique of lucid dreaming.

I read in a lucid dreamer's forum about one guy who discovered intensely three-dimensional dreams after buying his 3D-Television. He was very impressed by the spatial depth in his dreams.
