We cant afford to eat out all the time, and I'm frequently too tired to cook after work. We eat too much frozen food or other easy to prepare dinners that aren't really cooking.

We very rarely eat out. If I cook, then I know exactly how many calories I'm eating and I know the hygiene standards!
