I take my phone with me when I leave my flat. But I don't check it constantly when I'm at home.

I have mine with me at all times as well. I do a lot of texting especially since my man lives in another state. Sometimes I will go down stairs quick and leave it upstairs but most of the time if I am doing something downstairs it is with me because I use the Pandora App to listen to music. Also my Facebook App too while away from pc.

I normally carry the phone with me when I go out. We don't have a home phone, so my cell phone is the only way people can call me. It's a smartphone. It is very handy when I need to research directions, download coupons, or check e-mail when I am out.

It's usually nearby so I can text my man (I'm known as thumbs a lot of the times in our house for that reason actually :3 ) but since my mom and I share it she tends to take it with her when she goes out.

I have my cell phone on and place it on the kitchen counter during the day. I always bring my cell phone with me when I leave the house but will only use it for emergencies, I'm not a cell phone person.

I take my phone with me everywhere when I'm not at home. At home it's generally within earshot.

I pretty much carry my phone at all times. If it's not on me, it's near me. I'm not constantly checking it though. It's just there.

I normally don't keep my phone attached to me . I just leave it in my bag and check on it at certain times of the day. Only if i hear it buzzing that i get it out of my bag or pick it up from where i had placed it. I'm no phone junkie LOL!

I'm sort of in between the second and third choice. My phone stays in my purse a lot of the time which is obviously not on me when I'm in the house all the time.

I'm addicted (literally) to my phone. If I go from one room to the next, my phone is in my hands. If I go make something to eat, it comes with me. If I'm on the sofa, it sits next to me. I don't go anywhere without it. I once left it at home accidentally and left work to go get it. I live almost an hour away from work.

I check it every few minutes for email, etc. I have multiple apps I enter data into every so often. Even if there's nothing I need to update, I'll Google search some nonsense just to be on the phone. If I go longer than 30 minutes without doing something on it, I get antsy.

My phone is a big issue for me. Not giving it up because I have a young child and my husband works a dangerous job so I have to have it for potential emergencies, but I do need to break the habit of being on it 24/7.

When I go out it's in my pocket and at home usually somewhere on the couch. The majority of the time it's on silent though.

I never used to keep my cellphone with me, but after I started working on an on-call basis I pretty much had to keep it on me constantly.

I don't have a land line so my cell phone is my only phone. I always have it with me if I'm outside the house. I don't carry it around with me if I'm inside the house. But I can usually hear it anywhere inside so I just need to remember to keep it charged (which I often forget.)

Only when I leave the house. When at home, there's always the house phone, and usually I'm on the computer, so people just send me messages on there. I also just have a regular phone with no web access, and I like/prefer that. Smartphones have limited battery life and are way too addicting for me to consider one--when i am out of the house, it's because i want to get AWAY. I don't want to be available to people 24/7, I need some me time, too!
