do you build things with your own 2 hands?

Do any members here build things, either at work or home for fun? I do woodworking for fun. I build planters, bird houses, jewelry boxes, furniture and the such.

I build cushion fortresses at babysitting...

I made jewelry for a while, trying to get myself interested in sewing/crocheting a lot now.

Does building computes and servers count? If so then yes.

I love woodworking, and all other crafts, but I've been dying to try woodworking for a while! I make these gigantic, intricate gingerbread houses (replicating people's houses n' all) and a whole mess of other crafts that come my way. Whatever I can learn, basically.

I love to paint up certain wood projects as well, if it calls for it.

I loved doing gingerbread houses when I had the kitchen for it.

I don't really build anything. The main hands on thing I do is sewing, and some other crafty things here and there. I have some basic skills with drywall and tiling and a few other things like that too.

I build everything myself, if I can. I used to do giant contraptions, sculptures and murals before I became a scientist. Afterward, I built large aquariums and their filtration and lighting systems, as well as equipment to measure hydraulic conductance in plants and supporting structures. In my personal life, I build computer and always the furniture! Stand aside MEN!

I like doing little projects and testing myself. It's fun and it's always nice to see what you can accomplish! =]

I used to sew a lot. I sewed most of the outfits for my wedding. I still sew the occasional costume. Does that count? Also, living on a sort of micro-ranch, I've had to learn to build fences, gates, nesting boxes, and various other critter related items.

Yes, though not to such an extent as others on here. Mainly I just do little bird boxes and the like.
