Do you bite your nails?

Contributor: klyte klyte
I can't stop chewing on mine and it's driving me insane. I think I do it when I'm focusing or anxious about something, but either way, I'm trying to stop. I know there are substances you can put on the ends to stop yourself from chewing, but I can't be bothered, really, I'm sure I'll just chew right past it anyway.

Are you a biter?

i used to bite my nails, but then i started rubbing nail polish remover on them and it got me to stop. i hate the taste of nail polish remover and the flavor lingers on my fingers and in my mouth so it was a great deterrent.

I try not too! Having my hands in art stuff all day makes me think twice. Paint, clay, glue, etc. is for external use only!

I used to bad bad so I started getting my nails done at a salon and since I couldnt bite them I grew out of it Now I can let my nails grow without even thinking about biting them. I had tried the no bite polish and that kind of stuff and it didn't work for me. My art also helps me as Remigirl said I clay and dont want that anywhere near my mouth.
