Do Sunny Warm Days improve your mood???

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
I just left work a bit early today. Heck of a day...coming at me from six directions. It has now started being "daylight savings time" so it is still bright and sunny outside, and honestly, I am now in a GREAT mood!!!

Does YOU mood improve when it is BRIGHT and SUNNY outside???

I live in Oregon where it ALWAYS rains. When it's a nice and sunny day it certainly does improve my mood. It's not so dark and gloomy!

I didn't vote, but I really dont like the spring. I hate the time change. I hate pollen because my allergies go crazy. And soon the plague of caterpillars will be upon us! And I have already turned on the a/c.

if it's sunny outside i want a beer, a bowl, and to be outside in the green grass. even better if i can snuggle up to someone too. in the biblical sense.

Yes, love the sunshine. It increases our serotonin levels, one of our "happy" drugs that we produce naturally. God bless the sunshine, and tanning booths, ha!

Yes they do sadly to say I have bipolar so when the weather is crappy and dark and gloomy, I get really depressed.

It doesn't affect my mood, but I do prefer warm nights to the cold ones we have now, so I don't have to turn up the heat before having sex.

Depends on the mood. Sometimes I wish for rain, it's so peaceful.

I chose opposite answers because I am in LOVE with dark and rainy and stormy weather, but sunshine makes me smile too... ^^

I have S.A.D. So sunny days definitely are much appreciated, rainy doom and gloom days keep me trapped in bed for hours.

I voted 'other' because here in CA there can be too much of a good thing.

Although I prefer it sunny and warm - I have to avoid the really hot desert sun that we get around here on summer afternoons. In the summer I look to be closer to the coast where it's cooler.

Yes, it does for the most part. We have a serious wasp problem right now, it's hindering our outside time.

I hate when it's too hot and humid! I beg for rain and clouds, during the summer.

I like cold depressing days for some reason. Maybe seeing everyone else kinda unhappy makes me feel better. Or I just like the cool. It's more calming for me.

They usually do (since warm and sunny means I can spend most of the day outside) but I love a nice spring shower at night and splashing around in the puddles too. :3

Cloudy, stormy days appeal to me most, since the sun hates me. I do like clear, warm nights, though.
