Usually dinner, but I throw in a supper every once in awhile.

Dinner if we eat out, supper if we eat in.

Dinner. My fiance sometimes says supper and I always laugh at him.

Dinner! I'm in the northwest though, no one says supper here haha.

I say dinner. It seems like the more south you go, that's when they say supper. Though people in the Appalachian region here in Ohio tend to say supper. I hear both around here.

We say dinner!
05/06/2013
Haha, I think I switch practically every day. Definitely use both interchangeably.
05/06/2013
Yeah, I use them both. My grandma uses dinner to mean the midday meal, though, and supper to mean the evening meal.

I always say dinner. I remember my dad saying supper a lot when I was a kid, but I don't hear too many people using that word much any more.

Dinner. I don't know anyone who says "supper" where I live.
