Did you buy glasses online?

I found many beautiful, stylish glasses in the internet. I want to buy. But how know, that is it a not imitation? Who of you did do such purchases, not disappointed in quality?

Sorry, we are no help. Considered buying sunglasses, but concerned about the fit.

All is simple here. Buy in the tested shops. It is necessary to understand that glasses of the good known brand will not cost cheap.
All sizes usually write, therefore it easily to pick up, for example, taking the sizes of old glasses. Right here link great enough choice, many different models and brands.
I chose such

It is glasses for shortsightedness, I carry it permanent.

Agreed! Many but not all optical manufactures list the dimensions of the frames somewhere on the glasses themselves. For example they could be on the arms or temples of the frames, they could also be printed on the nose bridge and the temples. Understanding the dimensions is a little tricky though.

Usually the dimensions are listed something like this 50-14-140 on the temple either left or right or it might be broken up like this 60-12 with this found on the nose bridge and 138 found on the left or right temple.

I'd buy from the manufacturer or a reputable site. I totally considered buying a new pair of frames online since the frame company I like doesn't have any retailers near where I live. Ended up opting to drive 1.5-2 hours away to the nearest place that sold the brand during an event where the manufacturer came with numerous frame models, colors, etc. So I could try a bunch of them and see what fit/looked best.

But definitely less risky than buying shoes online. There is one site that had an app that would be able to render your head in the glasses in 3D after taking a few photos around your face to generate the model and size your head. Forgot the app/company off the top of my head.

Website is Glasses.com, mind you they still don't carry the brand of frames I prefer for my day to day glasses.
