Hell yeah! I met my current long term bf on OkCupid 8 months ago- we've been together for seven and happy as ever if not more so!

I liked the experience because I was able to interview every potential date and weed out the ones with absolutely no potential and not-so-honorable intentions.

Nahh, I never have, probably never will, Yahoo is easier for me.

It's how I met my husband (I met him 5 years ago and we married about 6 months ago).

Hm, well I'm on a sugar daddy/ baby site, does that count?

I haven't, being with my husband for 15 years there is no need to. However, we have friends that have tried it with no success.

I've done the free trials in the past (6+ years ago or so). They're ok, I guess...except eHarmony. That site is anti-everything but straight christians.

That is so true. I had a laughable time applying to E-harmony!

I met Master at one (in fact, I wrote a cute article about my observations of dating site photos for Eden Cafe). I tried a few other sites but got burned, but this one's been pretty good (it catered to my British man fetish). We met in person two months after meeting online, and we've been together long distance since then for eight months now.

don't need to, but i've noticed that the sites are segmenting. I've seen ads for J-date (jewish dating service) christian dating, blackpeoplemeet.com, whatever happened to going to the biggest site and selecting preferred race and religion?

I've not had success in the past. I just felt like I was going on so many dates but not really meeting the right person. It was frustrating spending so much time getting to know someone through emails and then meeting them in person and there being no spark, or them being an entirely different person! From now on, if I ever try it again, if I'm interested in someone I'll just ask to meet up with them first instead of potentially wasting my time.

I've been on a few, but not for a long time now.

I wouldn't be on one for many reasons, but not because I'm not "bold." I just don't like the idea of meeting someone that way for one and 2. I'm in a relationship! Lol. I still don't think I'd ever go so far as to try and find love online. I'd just use the single days to have a lot of fun and when it happens, that's great! That's how my parnter and I "happened."

I haven't been on one yet, but maybe someday? I have friends who like using online dating sites.

I did Match.com about 10 years ago. Met some nice guys, nothing came of it, though.
