Neither. I liked Without a Trace when it was on, but I prefer Law & Order, SVU, and Dexter for crimey TV-stuffs.

Currently, Criminal Minds. I do love the early seasons of CSI, but lost interest after Grissom left and never was fond of the spin-offs.
