I am a huge "on the cob" fan, but lately, I have (thanks to Food Network) been using a new "formula" (not traditional boil and butter ears). I now slather the ear in butter and honey, sprinkle on, or roll in cinnamon sugar, wrap it in aluminum foil and then "roast" it on the grill (in my kitchen) or on the BBQ.
It causes the honey/sugar to caramelize and the whole thing is sort of like candy/veggie. It is so, so, so good with a crisp, light summer salad and maybe some fresh baked bread.
Amazing, yummy meal.
How do you like your best "corn"?
