I'm a big fan of jousting and love the movie "A Knight's Tale". Life imitates art in this video of a real jousting tournament where one of the knights has his helmet knocked clean off his head when he gets hit by his opponent's lance.

I've seen live jousting at local Ren Faires and the mishaps that sometimes happen, but nothing like the helmet being knocked off like in the video you linked.
