Way too many. I'm very guilty of being an energy drink addict. I've had at least one a day nearly every day for the past seven years (holy crap I just counted and didn't realize it's been that long). It's an expensive habit I'm breaking.
I'm really bad on this one. I drink between 2 or 3 cups of coffee and at least one 24 oz. bottle of diet soda pretty much every day. I also drink a lot of iced tea, especially when we go to restaurants.
I try to force myself to drink as much plain water as I can stomach, because if I don't consciously think about it, everything I drink over the course of the day would be caffeinated.
I drink one or two cups of coffee a day, sometimes more if I need to stay up and get homework done.. Sometimes I have a red bull, but I'm trying to kick that habit. I don't drink soda very often (and when I do, it's Moxie. It's the only soda with enough delicious heavenly flavor to break my resolve).
I usually drink a lot of coffee during workdays. 3 to 5 big cups, 0,2 l, per day.
I stopped drinking coke and stuff because my teeth started feeling so strange after drinking.
I have soda maybe every 2 weeks. Green tea, I try for every day. Coffee I used to have every day, but now only couple times a week. I love coffee and tea.
