How much do you keep your politics secret from friends, family or co-workers?
Will you let your co-workers and friends know how you voted, or is it a secret you hold close?

I tell them I did even though it's pointless living in such a decided state.

I tell people. I've always been very open about my opinions.

Nope. "I voted, now where's my martini?" is all they need to know.

Yea they just assume I voted for who they voted, no reason to disappoint. =)

I tell him, who cares if they know or not. It's not like I went and killed someone, I just voted.

I tell my husband, but beyond that it's nobody's business

I tell people how I vote on candidates, but I sometimes keep certain issues/propositions to myself.

I tell a few people, but I keep it pretty close to avoid arguments

Work and politics don't mix.

I don't advertise who I voted for, but it's not a national secret either.
11/07/2012
I don't tell, but I talk to people I'm very close to about it.
11/07/2012
don't talk about it

Only because I work in a very small office do I talk about it at all. IF I was in a corporate job still, I would only speak politics to my closest of friends about it.

I don't mind telling anyone. I voted for Gary Johnson. See? I'll even tell everyone here...

usually I don't tell, but this year I have been.

i live in a different country, but my friends/family and i all talk pretty openly about how we vote. we discuss politics all the time anyway, so it's not like anyone doesn't know which way everyone else leans politically.
