I think so people post stuff for sale and trade other than sex stuff, not sure if people buy anything other than adult products though

I sold a pair of knee high boots on there. I have also seen people trying to sell children's clothes too. You can sell whatever you have. And sometimes you just have to be patient. Because it might not work the first time you put up the Ad, but possibly the second time. I just sold two items last night. I was very pleased anyone wanted to buy them and they were pleased with the amazing deal they got from me.
