I follow this girl's blog and she talked about chocolate covered, candied bacon. I'd never heard of it, so I looked up a recipe and made it for Valentine's Day today. Absolutely loved it. But it was so weird! Anyone ever tried it, and if so, liked it?

I think the idea of covering bacon with chocolate is horrifyingly horrible! I know a woman online who has started a line of bacon things like bacon maple ice cream and bacon candy. Yack. Not for me.

This is in the food network magazine this month (or however often it is) too. It is all chocolate covered anything. I would try it, but I don't think it would be very good.
